  Once I'm done with my loan I won't be returning for further business. Simply put the staff are very poorly taught in the sense of customer service. And don't bother complaining because your treated as if you deserved the attitude in someway. Second I understand they have been robbed but they are not the first and not the last therefore there is no reason to treat every person like a criminal meaning the security guards would you ask someone with a illness to remove their hat it that person used it as a security blanket in a sense. 53 has been robbed and never act so paranoid actually if refer everyone to go to 53 great service and even better resources. And finally case credit union fails in consistent procedure every other day something changes with little to no communication. If there were a negative star they'd get it.

  I am so glad to be done with this bank. When I got my loan through here they sent my information for payments just 3 days before the payment was due. Suffered through a whole year with them. When I went to go pay off my loan I decided to go inside and the lady PAM was the most rude I have ever experienced at a bank. She automatically started talking about what she couldn't do before I even told her what I was there for. She tossed my money under the counter and rushed me the entire time, before I could even collect all the stuff she shoved under the window she was off to the next customer not even acknowledging that I had another transition. I hope this bank closes permanently. The only friendly person was the security guard surprisingly.
