- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Handicap access is terrible. I am unable to use stairs. The ramps are difficult to find as nothing is signed to tell you where they are. I asked about 6 -7 different people how to get in but no one knew! Then I was told I could take a seat. The only seats were in an adjacent room but I was yelled at for going in there. 4 people were sitting on the entrance steps! A gentleman gave me his seat. I expect the wait to be well over an hour. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The ORS's Message Board is the worst method of one way communication possible with a department which has the title of "Customer Service". Each time a message is left, it is as if you are starting all over with a different person each time. Each time I ask for an estimate of when I will have my situation reviewed, I receive a longer period of time. When I tried to copy an email from my previous employer into the message, it would not go through because of "improper characters". When I ask for an email address so I could forward useful information, I was told that the message board was the only means of communication with Customer Service. When I asked for a person with a contact email or phone number, I was told that is not a normal method of communication with the organizatoin. This is the worst organization with the worst system for customer service communication I have ever had to deal with. They give a bad name to state employees. Also, I could not post this message without clicking on at least one star. If I could, I would have chosen none or negative.By brightlywound91, December 04, 2016
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I found the phone line completely unusable. Voice prompts were unintelligible due to drop-outs (I'm on a landline so it's not my phone). Menus were nearly impossible to navigate because of ambiguous prompts and the absence of any navigation functions like "go back" or "repeat".
