- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Got in line at 11 o'clock on a Saturday had my phone number in their queue. I tried the kiosk to renew my plates when I got there and it did not work with just my plate number. After talking to an employee at the paperwork desk they said I should try to add the first letter of my first name in addition to my plate number. At this point it is 12 o'clock and they're closed. I went to the kiosk to try again, holding the door open next to me to make sure I could get back in. The kiosk once again does not work and as I'm walking back in through the door a man comes up to me and says "sir we are closed you can't come in". I explained to him that I was already in queue and I thought that I would try the kiosk again to eliminate my position in line as the wait was still an hour out. He stood blocking my way and said no you have to be in the building at 12:00 and told me to leave. Thanks State of MI.By hunter seyfarth, March 21, 2017
