- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Total number of days before I got an unacceptable response = 10 Complete BS. The least helpful insurance company ever. I moved to British Columbia and the insurance agency out here requires a letter format of your claims history. I must have talked with 6 people over 2 days before I finally got the right person. They provided me some claims history report that was not in a letter format, but basically had exactly the same information. I requested that it be in letter format as required in British Columbia... one week later they finally respond to me that their "legal department" will not allow them to change the format.By Dave Engstrom, August 20, 2017
