- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆In Lansing, Michigan they are unable to provide a notary seal in any of their branch.They say " Sorry, I don't have a notary seal". The offices at South Pennsylvania and Saginaw Hwy sent me to other banks different than Chase or other offices they have in other cities. It sounds ridiculouse for a bank to be unable have no way to legalize/notarize papers.Somebody may organize a charity event to help them get a notary seal since they need one that much.!By Florin Slate, September 18, 2017
