- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Awful. We've been without power 6 days, damage to our house, fences, vehicles, and Statly is out of the office. When you call it goes to a call center staffed by what sounds like twenty-something dimwits who can't seem to transfer you to the right department or even understand what you are calling about.
